Processing of personal data

User provided personal data

We may require you to provide us with certain personal data,including:

• Contact information, such as full name, address, phone numbers and email addresses.
• Possible registration information, such as username, pseudonym, password and other unique identification.
• Information regarding the customer relationship, such as billing and payment information.
• Your country-level or city-level location while using our Services

Automatically collected personal data

While using our services we may collect certain information automatically, including,  your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Providing the Services and managing customer relations

Our Services require you to provide us with some personal data to function properly. In this case, our processing of personal data is based on the customer contract in place with you. If you choose to withhold any personal data we request, you might not be able to access certain parts of our Services.

The legal basis for this data processing is our legitimate interest to ensure that our Services haves an adequate level of data security, and that we have sufficient and relevant information at hand to develop our Services.

We use data processors some of which process personal data outside of the EU and the EEA. We work with advertisers and third-party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in our games which helps us keep our games free. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the personal data collected by our games, including the unique identification ID of your mobile device and your mobile telephone number. To protect the anonymity of this information, we use encryption technology to help ensure that these third parties can’t identify you personally. These third parties may also obtain anonymous information about other applications you’ve downloaded to your mobile device, the mobile websites you visit, your non-precise location information (e.g., your zip code), and other non-precise location information to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising within our games and elsewhere. We may also share encrypted versions of information you have provided to enable our partners to append other available information about you for analysis or advertising related use.

We may also share personal data

Retention of personal data

We will not keep any unnecessary data about you. Any data specified in “Automatically collected personal data” and “User provided personal data” is only retained for as long it is needed for the purposes defined in this Privacy Policy. 

After that personal data will be removed except when retention is required by law, such accounting laws, or your or our contractual rights or obligations.

Your rights

You have the following rights over your personal data:

• The right to request access to personal data about yourself;

• The right to request rectification, restriction or erasure of personal data. However, certain information is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes defined in this Privacy Policy and may also be required by law. Thus, it may not be possible to remove such personal data.

• The right to object for processing, that is based on legitimate interest. You can stop all data collecting done by our games easily by uninstalling the game. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

• The right to object to processing for marketing purposes and prevent from receiving future direct marketing. You can request to opt-out via emailing us, at: support@skunkworksgames.com. You may at any time opt-out from allowing the third party advertisers the use of your data to serve you targeted advertising by following the instructions provided to you in respective third party private policies listed under “Third party service providers”.

• The right to withdraw consent. If processing of personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. The withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.

• The right to data portability, i.e. right to receive the personal data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format and transmit the personal data to another data controller, to the extent required by applicable law. This applies for personal data processed based on contract or your consent.

We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time
